Venkie is an experienced international leader with a proven record of driving growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation across the food and services industry. Before joining Selecta, he held senior leadership positions at Compass Group, where he was instrumental in shaping strategy, fostering innovation, and delivering sustainable performance across diverse markets.
