With its distinctive design, the Schaerer Barista looks just like a traditional espresso machine. But it's fully automated so you don't need specialised barista training to produce the perfect drink.  The operation only requires the portafilter to be inserted or removed and emptied.  It automatically grinds and tampers for the perfect espresso every time.

But the theatre of a traditional machine is still alive. The Schaerer Barista comes with 2 steam wands, the manual Powersteam and the automatic Supersteam, so the wand routine and the hissing sounds are still part of the show.
